Welcome to Mimi's Good Food
Mimi's Good Food sits in Peachtree City as a casual stop for breakfast, lunch, and a no-fuss meal that feels familiar from the first bite. I find the setting rustic and cosy, with a diner feel that fits families, groups, and solo diners who want a calm table and a hot plate. The menu leans into French and American staples, with comfort food at the center and a few local touches that make regulars come back. Good coffee, sweet tea, and quick service shape the pace here, while the price range stays kind for an easy meal out.
Morning crowds come for waffles, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict, hash browns, and grits. Lunch brings sandwiches, burgers, salads, and plates such as patty melt, Reuben, and BBQ items. Many guests point to the food quality first, then the service, then the easygoing room. I get the sense that this is the kind of place where people trade dish tips across tables and compare their favorite side dish like a small local club. That kind of chatter feels right here.
The restaurant also works for practical plans. It accepts reservations, offers dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, and supports wheelchairs with access at the car park, entrance, seating, and toilet. Parking is free, kids have a menu and high chairs, and card or mobile payment keeps the check simple. For a local dining list, Mimi's Good Food earns attention for steady comfort, fair prices, and a menu built for everyday hunger.

About
Mimi's Good Food is located at 303 Kelly Dr, Peachtree City, GA 30269, United States. The spot feels tucked in, yet locals know the route well and often treat it like a reliable meet-up point. The setting is casual and cosy, with tables, banquettes, and a counter seat that works well for a quick meal or a quiet solo visit. Families, groups, and regular breakfast crowds all fit the room with ease.
I notice a strong diner rhythm here. Breakfast draws the biggest rush, with Saturday around 11 AM at full capacity and Sunday near the same range. Lunch stays busy too, while dinner runs lighter. That pattern tells a clear story: this place shines when people want eggs, coffee, hash browns, and plates that feel like home. The staff gets praise for warmth and care, and the atmosphere gives off a lived-in comfort that many diners miss today.
Accessibility looks solid, with wheelchair-friendly parking, entry, seating, and restrooms. Free street parking and a parking lot help the visit feel simple. A health-minded guest can also feel at ease, since reviews mention a strong health score. Mimi's Good Food fits a local list because it serves steady food, holds a friendly tone, and gives Peachtree City a breakfast-and-lunch stop with real neighborhood value.

What People Say
Most Liked
Guests praise the breakfast plates first. The waffles, biscuits and gravy, omelettes, and hash browns get strong mention, along with grits and eggs Benedict. Coffee and sweet tea also win points, which matters in a place built for morning comfort. Many visitors like the friendly staff and the laid-back diner mood. The counter seats get love from solo diners, and families like the kid-friendly setup. I also hear clear praise for the Reuben, tater tots, and sausage gravy. That kind of menu range keeps regulars talking.
Most Disliked
There is not much harsh feedback in the reviews, but one issue comes up often in a quiet way: the place can get packed at peak breakfast hours, especially on Saturday and Sunday. A busy room can mean a short wait or less room for a fast table turn. Some guests may also miss the spot on the first pass since it sits tucked away from easy sightlines. For diners who want a very late dinner, the appeal may feel low because the lunch and breakfast flow carries the main traffic.

Great American breakfast and lunch with fine friendly people. Stop and sit a spell, I haven't had a bad bite yet. Mimi is an eagle's fan, good thing she can cook! LoL

5 Stars for the FOOD, yezzz! Oh my bejeezzsus what delicious food! I had the Reuben, it was so good, I had to save a bite and take it home so that my husband could experience it. You may think it's a little thing, but even the tater tots were perfect! This place is tucked away. In fact, you could miss it, if you weren't looking hard.. But one thing is for sure now that I know where it is, I'll be going back. In addition to having banquettes and tables and chairs to sit at, I like the fact that it has a counter where you can sit if you're just by yourself...or just dropping by for a quick lunch. The menu is fabulous with the all time best down home comfort foods and the best part is Mimi's lives up to it's mantra "good food". Did I mention that their sweet tea, tastes like your Granny's sweet tea...overall that was a darn good meal that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Loved the atmosphere! They don't make restaurants like this anymore. The food was great, and the service was even better. I had Ms. Darby as my server. She was very friendly, and her service was immaculate even when I asked her a million questions about the food (I have celiac). They also have a great health score, so no need to worry about safety. Thank God for Mimi's! 🤗

Get the freaking waffle. Best biscuits and gravy. Perfect breakfast, super friendly folks! We came during the last half hour of the day, after what I hear is always a very busy Sunday lunch, and got great food and attentive service, without feeling rushed to leave. Everything made with care and flavor! New regulars were made today. Edit: we come about once a month. Great staff, great clientele, great food. A feel good place.

This is just a really good, solid choice for breakfast. The type of place you would miss from back home. Service was friendly and quick. Really made me feel welcomed. I had the western omlette - old fashion style with hashbrowns and a half order of biscuits and gravy. The omlette had plenty of filling, the hashbrowns were crispy on top, and the biscuit was soft and perfect with the gravy. I washed it down with a sweet tea. My meal was filling and held me over all day. It was less than $20 for everything. Highly recommend you try it out.

I visited Mimi's Good Food last Wednesday with a party of five. Judging by the pictures and souvenirs on the walls, this establishment has been around for a long time. I ordered Extreme Hashbrowns without cheese. It had mushrooms, beef and onions. It was filling and I enjoyed it. Customer service was impeccable. The waitress that served us was friendly and jovial. She made us feel at home. The cashier was professional and didn't take offense to my $1 tip. If I ever come back to Peachtree City, I'll definitely drop by Mimi's. Highly recommended.
